NDR 2 Hamburg

Operated by the Norddeutscher Rundfunk, this program represents one of the most widely listened-to public broadcasting services in Northern Germany. The format focuses on a selection of current chart hits alongside tracks from previous decades. Beyond the musical output, the station produces regular news bulletins, traffic updates, and weather reports for the Hamburg metropolitan area and surrounding states. Editorial operations take place primarily at the Funkhaus am Rothenbaum facility. Morning shows like 'NDR 2 Morgen' define the daily schedule by combining information with entertainment. Listeners can access additional details regarding show schedules and presenters on the ndr.de website. Broadcasts are transmitted via FM frequencies as well as digital DAB+ and web streaming.
