You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2. User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit. We are not responsible for content submitted by users.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the site is owned by RadaRadio or its licensors.
4. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws.
7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases (Premium)
RadaRadio offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock premium features (such as an ad-free experience). For Android users: Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscriptions via Google Play Store. For iOS users: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. RadaRadio does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds — all billing is handled exclusively by the respective app stores.
8. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The free version of the mobile app is supported by advertising. We use third-party services such as Google AdMob. By using the service, you acknowledge that third-party ad networks may collect and use device data to serve relevant advertisements.
9. Copyright and Takedown Policy (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. RadaRadio acts only as a search engine and directory for radio streams and podcasts, and does not host any audio content. If you are the copyright owner of a broadcast or podcast and believe it is being provided without authorization, please contact us. We will promptly remove the stream or RSS feed link upon valid request.
10. Hosted Radio Stations (Paid Plans)
RadaRadio offers paid radio hosting plans. Unlike the directory, hosted stations stream from our servers, and the station owner is solely responsible for everything broadcasted on them. Music Licensing: You must obtain and pay for all licenses required to broadcast your content (including performance and neighboring rights from the relevant collection societies in your country). RadaRadio does not provide any music licenses. Prohibited Content: You may not broadcast copyright-infringing material, or any content that is illegal, hateful, or incites violence. We may suspend or delete a hosted station without notice or refund in response to abuse or valid copyright (DMCA) complaints. Billing and Cancellation: Plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your owner dashboard; the station remains active until the end of the paid period. Canceled or unpaid stations are suspended and permanently deleted, along with uploaded media, after 14 days. Fair Use: Listener, bitrate, and storage limits apply per plan. Excessive use that harms the service for other customers may result in suspension.
