Radyo ODTU

Broadcasting from the campus of Middle East Technical University in Ankara, this station maintains a focus on alternative, indie, and rock music. It broadcasts primarily on the 103.1 FM frequency throughout the city. Established in 1995, the station originated as a medium to provide the university community and broader Ankara audience with non-mainstream musical selections. Programming includes specialized shows such as 'Modern Sabahlar,' which combines humor with music, and various blocks dedicated to post-rock and electronic subgenres. The station manages its own broadcasting infrastructure independently of major national commercial media conglomerates. It utilizes its official website, radyoodtu.com.tr, to provide listeners with schedules and information regarding campus events. Staffing consists largely of volunteers and university members who contribute to the programming development.
