DR P6 Beat

Focusing exclusively on indie, alternative, and rock music, this digital radio station is part of the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR). Programming highlights include programs dedicated to new Danish talent alongside international releases from the alternative scene. Listeners access the service primarily through digital platforms and the official dr.dk portal. Broadcasters frequently feature detailed explorations into music history and artist profiles, distinct from the mainstream rotation found on other public channels. Established to provide a specialized music alternative, the station maintains a commitment to music journalism rather than commercial playlisting.
